pxx351. Complete chronicle of a pustular psoriasis (photo 27 of 32) For begin go to photo pxx313.

Summary: after we normalized skin with high dose of dexa :

1- If we reduce dexa slowly, the skin is either normal or produces lesions like "chronic eczema".

2- If we decrease dexa faster, tendancy of skin is to produce "nummular patches" (1).

3- If we decrease dexa too fast, new layer of skin appears between nummular lesions with pus (especially in periphery of nummular lesions(3) that will increase the diameter of nummular lesions later ).
