However reality is always more complex; lesions were not exactly the same on arms, the legs and the trunk... Legs seemed to be a little bit more addicted (more pustules) than the trunk.

NB To reduce dexa we had first to switch from intra muscular to per os... and later from dexa to predni. We used dermovate cream as well till we felt the skin was too thin to continue. All together we had to spend more than one month.
