pxx316. Complete story of a pustular psoriasis (photo 4 of 32) For the begining go to photo pxx313.

Photo during the first "cleaning" (day4) (see protocol "15-cochonoma"). The patient improved greatly. We decided to stop dexa 2 days later and start doxycyclin to cover chlamidia/gono (anus problem... you will see photos later...). Please, observe that the patient had few areas of skin free of any lesions! (1) That observation permitted us to exclude the diagnosis of "erythoderma with secondary infection"!

We decided also to continue fluco because there were still lesions present resembling a "generalized tinea corporis". That day our (wrong) diagnosis was "generalized tinea with severe secondary bacterial infection + venereal(?) disease".
