No pus, photophobia, hyper lacrimation...Probably herpetic keratitis because responding verry well to acyclovir 800mg x 5 If we analyse carefully the 3 photos of this patient; we can see corneal ulcer (1), without contrast tincture. The distribution of redness around retina (2) is also typical.
