pxx376. Mycotic infection & psoriasis

Patient was suffering of two generalized mycotic infections, both recovering with itraconazole. Here, probably pytiriasis versicolor but on finger and head, another mycose that we are still unable to identify... Psoriasis did not improve with itraconazole of course but was not severe enough to request a systemic steroid treatment.
