pxx368. Generalized and symmetrical irruption (15 days after starting to give itraconazole). Upper part of body more affected. Penicilliosis? Not sure... When he was admit he had also a few neuro signs (balance trouble and mild confusion) which are not usual in penicilliosis infection. But patient totally recovered with itraconazole. (Take at least 10 days to see improvement... If penicilliosis more severe, ampho is a necessity)
