pxx283. Penicilliosis. Generalized mycotic infection (symmetrical distribution... face, arms...) Hemorrhagic vesicules with inflamation of the underlying skin. Lips, palate and thongue are often affected as well. Unlike chickenpox, you never observe vesicules of clear liquid. This patient got already 1 dose of ampho and received itraconazol since 3 days.
