"Moult syndrome" (versus atypical erythroderma) + "black syndrome" (for us unknown origin)+ begining of secondary infection

Suspecting an allergic problem, we stoped all medicines that the patient was taking when admited to the ward. Patient was not recovering but medicines was not resumed because the patient's general condition was good. Subsequenlly he acquired a secondary infection and we had to administrated genta and dexa. After course of treatment, "moult syndrome" was eliminated although "black syndrome" remained A new "moult syndrome" appeared several days later wen patient was not taking any drug

See "30-Moult" & "30-black syndrome" & 6-allergy...etc.
