ptx055. Generalized and symmetrical irruption (papulo vesicular on inflamed underlying skin). Upper part of body more affected. Penicilliosis? Not sure... When he was admit he had also a few neuro signs (balance trouble and mild confusion) which are not usual in penicilliosis infection. But patient recover with itraconazole.
