ghx067. Probably relapse (second episode) of StevensJonson syndrome. (Photo 3 days after relapse of symptoms. (1)= first eruption (such scare make clear difference with herpes!). (2)= second eruption.)

All skin surfaces were involved, eyes & penis as well . During first episode of SJS, we though that the patient was allergic to Bactrim (main cause of SJS for HIVpositive patients)... For security, we stoped all drugs. When he was better, we reintroduced TB treatment step by step to exclude another cause of the SJ syndrome. After he took rifampicin again, this new generalised skin reaction occured (see photos) ...but not involving lips (because discontinued treatment ?). The skin eruption was at first atypical and he developped a few limitated signs of secondary infection. After we stoped all drugs, he developpedly a progressive "Moult syndrome" (see next photos)
