Bxx071 Ulcer of gums(1)/thongue(2). Aphtous? Herpes?... Painfull, not responding to metro, fluco, chloram... nor responding to local steroids.... We never dare to give systemic Dexa because this patient was candidate for ARV but with CD4=0... and suffering of relapsing crypto meningitis. (2) Arised few weeks after (1) and is more looking like a classic "HIV aphtous" since we can observe that typical pink border. In fact, when this patient entered in last days of his life, we had to give DEXA im for palliative purpose and wound were improving a lot...
