It is people from every walk of life that contract HIV.Those able to work, eat and speak are lodged in small bungalows that surround the 2 agony wards. The residents don't pay for cottages, but must respect strict rules inspired by the monastic life. The strong man of the village, the manager, a layman, holds with an hand of iron this small world of the desperate, that is tempted by drunkenness as much as by wisdom.
