pxx434. Syphilis? TPHA/VDRL positive. Patient had also symetrical paresia of legs. Because he was allergic to pen we treated with cephalosporines. He recovered totaly. (NB the lesion on penis is probably not a sequelle of chancra but a recovering simplex lesion)
