pxx375. Mycotic infection & psoriasis

Mycotic infection was the main problem. Skin became normal with Itraconazole. But patient had also a few psoriasis lesions in classical psoriasis area not recovering with itraconazol but recovering with topical steroids) (elbows, nails (?)... bones (?)...)
