pxx370. Mycotic infection (?) + psoriasis (?)

Mycotic infection was the main problem. Skin became normal with Itraconazole. But patient had also a few psoriasis lesions in classical psoriasis area not recovering with itraconazol (elbows, nails (?)... bones (?)...)
