Photo 2 days after stoping dexa : generalized pustular eruption.

...Condition improved greatly in short time and we decided to stop dexa. Immediately the patient started to have thousands of vesicles (eczema like) which become thousands of pustules on all the body except some little well delimited areas free of any lesion). The patient had no septic signs as he did on admition!?! We were confused about the diagnosis for a few days... thinking about everything except psoriasis.
