pxx241 Generalized infected "erythroderma" ("erythrodermic
psoriasis" or "acquired erythroderma") is an emergency!
Patients are often sent to the hospice because of very bad looking skin diseases
(severe generalized skin edema, fissures of skin (1) because edema, pus...). Confusion
is possible with erycipele but history of disease help: Erythroderma is a generalized
disease and had his specific look before the secondary infection (see "30-Erythroderma")
This patient is also suffering of a "black syndrom" (unknown origin
for us but probably allergic... which can also induce erythrodermic psoriasis.)
