"chronic erythrodermic psoriasis" ...When psoriasis becomes too severe/ugly , patients are given a treatment of dexa (4cc morning+ 2cc midday 4 days only). For such patients in a poor hospice we have to accept that skin will never be perfect for more than a few days...
