pxx015 see "30-molluscum" Papular erruption with small hollow on the top of large papules. No vesicule. Usualy the lesions are on limited areas with an asymmetrical distribution. It is easy to confuse with cryptococcosis... but cryptococcosis has a more symetrical distribution. (This patient had lesions only in one place and was not responding to fluconazole)
